We started TempJobsFast because both sides of the staffing conversation were being underserved. Employers were waiting weeks for candidates who did not match the role. Job seekers were sending applications into systems that never wrote back.
Our answer was to keep the process short and the screening real. We recruit against the actual requirements of the job, we verify what candidates tell us, and we submit a short qualified list rather than everything we have on file. That is the whole model.
